This Potato Skins Water Flavour Standard is representative of Isopropyl Methoxypyrazine. Like Isobutyl Methoxypyrazine, this flavour is a source water taint and one of a number of earthy / musty taints that can occur.

Origin of flavour

Isopropyl Methoxypyrazine is caused by actinomycetes activity.
